  Kingfisher moves into Romania
B&Q and Screwfix-owner Kingfisher is to expand into Romania after acquiring 15 Bricostore shops from French retail company Group Bresson for an undisclosed sum.

Kingfisher will convert the stores into its Brico Dépôt format with the deal expected to be completed within two months.

Menswear cataloguer Smart Turnout has extended its pop-up shop launch in John Lewis’s Oxford Street store until 7th May, after originally being planned to be open from 16th April to 30th April. Smart Turnout is also looking at opening a pop-up at Printemps later this year.
